A House with Soul
The house was originally constructed in the 1970s. Great care was taken to add contemporary flair complementing traditional features. Small imperfections in the original house structure were accentuated rather than erased – such as the wrought iron railings or the spacious rooms – retaining the special character of this particular house.

Barcuzzi is located on the southwestern Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the gentle morainic hills.
Proximity: There are numerous beaches, hiking and cycling trails to discover in the immediate vicinity.
Beaches: A leisurely stroll through the idyllic winding side streets will lead you directly to the lake shore.
Accessibility: Perfectly connected to the A4 (Milan-Venice) and the Desenzano train station is ideal for day trips to Verona or Venice.
